This book touched the most fragile yet truest corner of my heart. It is a journey about growth, self-reflection, and finding my true self. From each story and revelation in the book, I saw myself, and I saw the part of me that occasionally gets buried in the pursuit of growth and becoming an independent individual. In high school, we are always asked to mature, to learn to take responsibility, adapt to pressure, and face challenges. Under such demands, we often grow up too quickly, disregarding and neglecting the inner child within us. However, this book tells us that it is that inner child who is our true self.

Through a series of stories, the author explores the confusion and loss experienced by different people in different events. Some have lost their initial dreams in the pursuit of success, some have become numb under pressure and societal expectations, and some are still bound by past pain, unable to escape the shadows. And I found that each character in these stories represents a part of our lives.

The biggest revelation this book gave me is to reflect on our attitude towards ourselves. Growth means learning to coexist harmoniously with our inner child, not abandoning them. That innocent, pure child should be the one guiding us, a part of our soul. When we reunite with our inner child, we can rediscover our lost selves, find back the happiness and passion we once had.

This book made me deeply understand that maturity does not mean losing the childlike innocence. On the contrary, maturity should be the ability to preserve that innocence in real life and explore our own feelings. We need to learn how to treat our inner child, give them love and care, and allow them to try, make mistakes, and grow through those mistakes.

The reflection this book brought me is not only about myself but also about the people around me. After reading this book, I started to think about my family and friendships, and how to communicate with them. Perhaps, we should be more tolerant and understanding towards each other, giving everyone enough space to show their inner child. This way of interacting will make us happier and bring us closer to our true selves.

In conclusion, this book teaches us an important lesson about growth: the more mature, the more innocent. Maturity and growth do not mean abandoning our inner child, but learning to coexist harmoniously with them, giving them love and respect. This book also reminds me, as a high school student, not to ignore my inner child. To maintain the innocence, happiness, and passion within me is the key to truly becoming an independent, happy, and dream-filled individual! In the future process of growth, I will remember these truths and revelations, and continue to pursue growth while maintaining innocence with my inner child.
Last, dear self: I know that you are filled with fear about many things, and you are cautious and guarded towards many people. It seems like you never dare to open your heart, but also don't dare to take that step forward. Dear self, you must go out on your own. No one can replace you in completing this difficult task, but I believe that you can overcome the darkness in your heart. However, the prerequisite is that you must be strong on your own. Promise me, okay? Keep going, you can do it!The assistance of others is limited. If you give up on yourself, no matter how much others try to pull you, it will be in vain. Therefore, the only person you can rely on is yourself. If you are not brave, others will also be afraid to approach you, always seeing you as someone who is decadent, with a weak will, and self-destructive. Life is already full of pressure, and we can only move forward under that pressure. So, no matter how difficult or tired it gets, you must stay strong, okay? Tell yourself, keep going!

"Year after year, people come and go, and it's uncertain who will stay until the end. In the end, only oneself is left. Relying on others is like relying on a collapsing mountain or aging people. Relying on oneself is the best." In the long years, only oneself is the true answer.

When encountering a low point, it's better to make a strong effort and prove to those who have hurt you. There will always be a day when the low point passes, but if you don't open up, you will never be able to overcome it and never be able to taste the sweet fruits. Look at the shining stars on stage, they have also experienced many things to have the dazzling light they have now. We should take them as role models and believe in ourselves, believe in our beliefs.
